Therefore she is looking for a more practical pursuit of lunch. She finds following the same recipes boring. She drinks smoothie 5 times a week for meal replacement.

Technic

A survey study was conducted with 70 participants via Typeform survey tool.

The aims were observing whether participants from different countries had allergies, the frequency of their sports activities, frequency of making smoothies, and whether they use supplements.

Outcome

There is a habit of making smoothies in America. Of the 70 users, 40 have food allergies. In Europe, this habit has just begun to be gained. As a result, athletes don't prefer milk and dairy products. In addition, Australians don't want to consume nut.
